Third-party software notices
Third-party material delivered with Splatfiction remains governed by its authors' terms. The notice file contains the copyright, attribution, patent, and licence text that must accompany that material. The file does not extend those terms to first-party material.

Splatfiction and other first-party materials remain proprietary to their rights holder and are not licensed by the third-party notices. A third-party notice does not grant rights in non-public source code, implementation, branding, patents, or know-how unless an express licence says otherwise.
