Service status

Splatfiction is the name of an independently operated software research project. The current public release is a free beta for evaluation and hands-on testing. It is not presently offered with a paid plan, subscription, billing function, or service-level commitment. This description concerns the current release and does not state that the project or future releases are non-commercial.

Copyright, marks, and first-party rights

Splatfiction, its visual identity, first-party software, interfaces, documentation, assets, proprietary methods, and other first-party materials are proprietary to the extent protected by applicable law. Third-party names, marks, software, and assets remain owned by their respective rights holders and are used or distributed only under the applicable terms.

This notice does not itself grant a software, trademark, patent, data, or know-how licence. The Beta Use Conditions govern use of the hosted Service. The Third-Party Notices preserve licences that apply to identified third-party material.
